Born and raised in the Bagmati District of Kathmandu, Nepal, Chef Bishnu (on the left) brings a lifelong passion for authentic Nepali and Indian flavors to every dish she creates. After leaving her homeland, she remained deeply connected to the Nepali community, generously sharing her food, time, and energy through years of community involvement. With the unwavering support of her daughter (on the right), Chef Bishnu fulfilled her dream of creating something truly meaningful — Himalayan Grill & Dosa was born. Every dish served reflects her cherished childhood memories, rich cultural heritage, and deep love for the vibrant local community she proudly serves.
